He is survived by: his wife Ruby Rogers Phillips; his daughters, Tami Herrod of Sycamore, PA and Catherine Phillips of Indiana; his brothers, Homer L. Phillips of Waynesburg, PA., James A. Phillips of Waynesburg, PA. and Denny S. Phillips of Waynesburg, PA.; his daughter Cindi Lee Phillips; and his siblings, Edna Viola Phillips, Billy Neal Phillips, Donnie M. Phillips, Charles R. Phillips, Vernon M. Phillips and Danny S. Phillips. He is also survived by 4 Stepdaughters, 16 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
