He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond D. Dean and Lora Dean; and his wife Willa Fay Hughes Raugellis. He is survived by: his daughter Jody (Larry Holt) of Kingston Springs, Tenn; his stepdaughter Dr. Paula Raugellis Irvin (Michael Irvin) of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Sara Deady, Kami Horseman, Amanda Holt, C. Michael and Dr. Chase Irvin; his great grandchildren, Annabel, Collin Deady, Sloan and Riley Horseman; his former wife Velvene Rhodes Grant Hagen; and his son Stephen Grant.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Rolling Meadows Activity Fund.
