Tustin; her daughters, Dolores Walker of Clarksville, PA and Detra Forsythe of Carmichaels, PA; and her siblings, Janie Duvall of Waynesburg, PA, Juanita Helmick of Waynesburg, PA, Eleanor Durbin, Joe Durbin and Robert Durbin. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
