She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Joseph and Mary Frances Pester Joseph. She is survived by: her significant other Billy Hibbs of Kentucky; her sons, Gary Watson of Oak Forest, PA and Howard Watson, Jr. (Nancy) of Arizona; and her sister Betty Tennant of Waynesburg, PA. She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
