He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Francis Allen, Sr. and Joan Stoskel Allen. He is survived by: his spouse Georgeanna Riley Allen; his children, Michael Francis Allen of Waynesburg and Joanna Marie Allen (Joe Siebert) of Uniontown; his siblings, Kathleen M. Allen, Judith Allen Penn (David), Clemmy Allen, Jr. and Stella Diane Allen; and his grandson Bryden Allen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
