He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bradley Baldwin and Pauline Erma Carroll Baldwin. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Baldwin (Carl) of Waynesburg, PA.; his aunt Helene Carroll; and his uncle Don Carroll. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help with cost.
