She was predeceased by: her parent Benjamin Franklin Evans. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Hunnell Evans; her spouse Clarence E. Moore; and her siblings, Mona Conaway, Thomas Floyd Evans, James Albert Evans, William Edwin Evans and Delbert Lindsey Evans.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jefferson Church of the Nazarene, 168 Washington Street, Jefferson, PA 15344.
