It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff A. Phillips of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James A. Phillips and Karen S. Patterson Phillips; his children, Miranda Phillips of Waynesburg, PA, Keri Phillips of Waynesburg, PA and Jacob Phillips of Waynesburg, PA.; his grandson Levi Phillips of Waynesburg, PA; his siblings, Janet Kramer (Joey) of Waynesburg, PA and Jamie Phillips of Waynesburg, PA; and his wife Donna Marie Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
