He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Marie Byard and Joseph Earl Byard; his wife Constance Sue Lemley (Connie); and his siblings, James Byard, Martha Jane DeBolt and Mary Susan Brewer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Diane Gregerson (Larry) of Chagrin Falls, OH and Sharon Lynn Margevicius (Chris) of Cleveland; his grandson Phillip Margevicius; and his sister Ruth Ann Mihalec. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
