She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Moore and Lessie Pearle Porter Moore; and her sister Gayle Ilene Moore. She is survived by: her husband Carl Irwin Johnston; her daughters, Carlotta Whyte (Clyde David "Butch") of Waynesburg, PA. and Linda Olczak (Joseph) of Waynesburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Christy Orndorff (Corbly), Cliff D. Whyte, Craig D. Whyte (Loretta), Kathryn O. Lowell (Micah), Jennifer Dalton (Tad) and Ashley O. Horbachewski (Dan); her great grandchildren, Cassandra Lamb (Kyle), Caitlin Morton (Marlin), Emily Whyte, Colton Whyte, Martina Whyte, Carly Whyte, Anna Whyte, Natalie Lowell, Paxton Lowell and Jackson Horbachewski; her brother James E. Moore; her great grandchild Morgan Whyte; and her stepmother Erna Irene. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church 112 North Richhill St. Waynesburg, Pa. 15370 or to the Alzheimer's Association.
