With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen V. Teagarden of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Teagarden (Bob); her parents, James L. Varner and Etheal Easter Rose Varner; her siblings, Charles Rose Varner, Mary Louise Varner Taylor, James L. Varner Jr. (Bud) and Olivedel Varner Hughes; and her grandmother Rose.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kate; and her children, Judith Ann Clayton (Bob), Rosemary Birt, Robert V. Teagarden (Vonnie), Karen Sue Calvert (Rick), Beth Ellen Day and James A. Teagarden. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 3/4 great grandchildren; and four nephews and 12 nieces.
