She is survived by: her children, Heather Riggs of Washington, PA and Scott Thomas Hoy, Jr. (Abbe) of Waynesburg, PA; her siblings, Connie Jo Keller (Gink) of Virginia, Kelly Tedrow (Tommy) of Waynesburg, PA, Jobie Donn Wood of Waynesburg, PA and Chad Fox of Waynesburg, PA.; and her son Charles Edward Riggs III. She is also survived by 5 Grandsons.
