He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kelley and Helen Kelley; his grandparents, John Kelley and Catherine Kelley; and his siblings, Frankie Kelley and Catherine Colfer.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his sisters, Helen Ball, Liz Pataski, Patricia "Patty" Yoder and Christine Fisher; his children, Larry Kelley Jr., Lori Lancaster and Brent Kelley; his grandchildren, Brittany Coffield and Ryan Lancaster; his great grandchildren, Ryder Coffield and Paisley Coffield; and also Presock.
