She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Mayhew and Marie Herman Mayhew. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. "Dick" Blair; her children, Tracy Mullaney (Ray) of Baltimore, MD, Terri Blair-Stern (Sanford) of Philadelphia, PA, Rodney A. Blair (Donni) of Houston, TX and Chuck Blair (Wendy) of Lancaster, PA; and her brothers, Edward Mayhew of San Diego, CA and Kenneth Mayhew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
