He is survived by: his wife Diane Seitz Williams; his daughter Shelly Pfeninger (Jonathan Webb) of Waynesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Ryan Pfeninger (Chelsey Moore) of Waynesburg, PA, Summer Pfeninger of Washington, PA and Jaylyn Pfeninger (Adam) of Calgary; his great grandchild Parker James Pfeninger of Waynesburg, PA.; and his son Mark R. Williams.
