We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 62, Michael Scott Gooden of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Scott Gooden and Sharon Slinde (King); his stepfather Kerry Slinde; his grandparents, Kathryn, Francis "Red" Gooden, Paul and Jeanne King; and his aunts and uncles, Karen Johnson-Corbett, Sue Murdock (Larry), Ralph "Scotty" King, Kay Haas (Gary) and Jerry Gooden (Kathy).
He is survived by : his siblings, Sherri Davis (James), Lee Ann Lippencott (Todd) and Paul Gooden (Kizzy); his daughter Malinda Haught of Waynesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Rodney Gooden (Lacey), Bobby Gooden (Megan), Ginny Caldwell (Mike), Kaydee (Ben), Zoey, Hunter, Leighana, Izabella, Connor and Willow; his great grandchild Gatlin; and his uncle Rick King (Ruth). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
