She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Eugene Eddy and Patricia Belle Eddy (Myers) of Waynesburg, PA.; her daughter Vanessa Marie Tarr; and her brothers, Kenneth Lee, Craig and Ricky Eddy.
She is survived by: her fiancé Kevin Esworthy; her children, Jen Smith of Palm Coast, FL, David Thomas Purdy of New Castle, PA and Lauren Purdy (DeWayne DeGaton) of New Castle, PA; and her sisters, Jacki Headlee (Rick) of Waynesburg, PA, Marlene Seaman (Roger) of Fairview, WV and Trina Presock (Charles Wise) of Clarksville, PA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
