He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Black and Edith Black (Gower). He is survived by: his children, Brett Staggers (Kris) of Waynesburg and Stacey Marshall (Jeffrey) of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Gabby Stewart, Garrett Staggers, Anna Staggers and Ian Courtwright; his sisters, Barbara Solensky (John) of Bridgeville, PA and Judith Cook (Joseph) of Waynesburg; his sister-in-law Mona Black of Washington, PA.; and his brother Charles R. Black, Sr.. He is also survived by 1 niece and several nephews.
