With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard William Tharp of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Tharp (Carol) of Sycamore, PA. and Sarah Black Tharp; his daughters, Elizabeth Patton of Virginia, Jessica Galloway of Rices Landing, PA., Richelle Tharp of Brownsville, PA. and Jacquilyne Tharp of Uniontown, PA; his sisters, Sherri Virgili of Waynesburg and Rhonda Watson (Barry) of Waynesburg; his stepsiblings, Calvin Whipkey of Florida and Lela Whipkey of Ohio; his friend Michael Schuster of Munhall; and his grandparents, Ansel, Irene Tharp, William and Mabel Wood. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services and burial will be private. Masks must be worn at all times while in the funeral home and social distancing must be followed.
