He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leigh Hayden and Theda Virginia Farrell Hayden. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kobelak Hayden; his children, Linda Hayden of Waynesburg, PA and Robbie Hayden of Waynesburg, PA.; and his brothers, David Hayden of Greensburg, PA and Dale Hayden of Naples, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
