He is survived by: his mother Anna Brumley Conner of Waynesburg; his wife Christina Walkos Phillips; his children, Allison Phillips, Aaron Phillips (Brianna) of Magnolia, DE., Joseph Phillips, Jacob Phillips and Walker Phillips; his grandchildren, Jayce and Johnathan; his brother Michael Ryan Phillips of Waynesburg, PA; and his stepfather John Ross Conner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
