He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sephes Stout and Katherine Thelma Miller Stout. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Pester; his daughters, Audrey Ann Wooten (Dana) of La Porte, Linda D. Stout of Washington and April Lynn Oddis (Kevin) of Aliquippa; his siblings, Audrey June Gilbert, Shirley Olenwine (James), Ronald Stout, Betty Gray (Carl), Mary McGlone (Junior) and Kathy Biddle (Kyle); his grandsons, Michael D. Rush of Fairview Park and Reginald G. Rush, Jr. (Tierra) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his great grandchildren, Payton, Jaymeir, Kayden and Javiere; and his sister Ruth Tharp.
