He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Benjre; his children, Danny Neff (Charlotte) of Mather and Tracey Neff Milush (Tom) of Georgia; his stepson Randy Schreiber of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Jennifer Caldwell, Amanda Phillips, Mike Caldwell, Lauren Noel Milush and Derek Milush; his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Abby, Otto and Levi; and his siblings, Charles Neff (Mikki) of Monessen, Arlene Efaw (Curt) of Lone Pine, Shona Eakin (Mike) of Erie and Marlene Cox. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
