She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy J. Phillips and Hazel F. Lockart Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Clarence J. "Jake" Leichliter Jr.; her daughter Karla Leichliter of Waynesburg, PA; her brother Larry C. Phillips (Patricia) of Waynesburg, PA; and her nephew Gregory L. Phillips.
Deceased is 1 Niece: Amie Jo Phillips Due to the continued concern for public safety from Covid-19 the family has decided to have a private visitation and service for Ruth with Pastor James Carpenter officiating.
