He is survived by: his parent Clara Pauline Moore Wilson; his wife Leota Darlene Henderson Wilson; his children, Dusty Marie Blake (Jeff) of Waynesburg, PA., Shaun Wilson (Cynthia) of Waynesburg, PA., Samuel David Wilson II (Kara) of Mt. Morris, PA. and Jonathan Carl Wilson (Keith) of Waynesburg, PA.; and his siblings, Paula Kiger of Waynesburg, PA., Patsy Trump (Carl) of Waynesburg, PA, Ralph E. Wilson II (Karen) of Waynesburg, PA. and Penny Reagan.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help with cost.
