With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shelley Lynn Kennedy of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Knisely, Sr. and Evelyn Knisely (May); and her siblings, Jeff Knisely and Beverly Balsinger. She is survived by: her husband James Kennedy; her son James Michael Kennedy of Waynesburg; her grandson Preston James Kennedy; and her brothers, Wayne Knisely (Cindy) of Waynesburg, Dave Knisely (Sharon) of Carmichaels, John Lagaza (Bonnie) of Waynesburg and Dale Knisely (Karen) of Port St. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
