He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale K. Kiger and Bonnie Bleakney Kiger; and his son Robert Matthew Deter. He is survived by : his wife Tamie Escott Kiger; his daughter Megan (Mitchell Ring) of Waynesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Emerson Ring and Ryleigh Ring of Waynesburg, PA; his sister Vicki (Ed Hinerman) of Waynesburg, PA; his nephew Jared Hinerman; and his niece Nicole Hinerman. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
