She is survived by : her children, Tracy Tustin of Waynesburg, PA, Haley Knisely of Waynesburg, PA and Ryan Knisely of Waynesburg, PA; her siblings, Nadine Lemley of Waynesburg, PA, Sandy Harmon of Waynesburg, PA and Walter Johnson of Prescott, AZ; her daughter Crissy Diane Muzydla; and her siblings, Kay Lewis and Mike Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
