He is survived by: his foster father Donald King; his sisters, Marjorie Howard (Jerry) of Waynesburg, Shirley Staggers of Aliquippa, Virginia Staggers Mayne (Ginny) of Winchester, VA and Kay Staggers of Sycamore; his foster sisters, Amy Durbin of Bakersfield, CA and Nancy Kughn of Waynesburg; and his brothers, John Staggers Sr. of Waynesburg, Bill Staggers of Waynesburg and Joe Clark of Beaver Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Face masks must be worn to attend all services.
