He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Okuley and Josephine Suhl Okuley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Corwin Okuley; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Cain of Fraser, MI., Carol Sue Fuller of Jefferson, PA. and Carol Corwin of Waynesburg, PA.. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
