She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Merley and Hulda Merley (Brumberg); her husband Fred F. Liptak; her son Duane (Roseann Liptak); and her siblings, Aileen Surfield, Leo, Ralph, Ronald and Edward Merley.

She is survived by : her son David Liptak (Charlene) of Weedville. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
