He is survived by: his children, David West (Beverly) of Wellsboro, PA, Clayton West (Sandy) of Ulysses, PA, Debbie Burch, Dori Becker (Larry) of Wellsboro, PA and Frances Miller (Larry) of Gettysburg, PA; and his sister Delores Broughton (Bill) of Wellsboro, PA. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
