It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte L. Clark of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Root and Blanche Root (Houghton); her husband Milton R. Clark; and her siblings, Dorothy Baumann and Lyle Root.
She is survived by: her son Milton L. Clark (Mary Ann) of Punta Gorda, FL; her grandchildren, Richard Clark of Columbia, SC, Jennifer Tallevast of Murrells Inlet, SC and Christopher Clark (Mary) of Windermere, FL; her great grandchildren, Avent, Christopher, Caitlin Clark and Elliott Tallevast; and her sibling's children, Noreen Root Baker, Sandra Long and Kenneth Root.
Family suggests memorial contributions in Charlotte's name to be made to UPMC Hospice Wellsboro, 32 Central Ave., Wellsboro, PA 16901.
