We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 89, Margaret (Clark) Neal of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Clark and Iva Jane Clark (Clark); and her son LaVerne Borden. She is survived by : her sons, Earl Borden (Wendy) of Wellsboro, PA, Phillip Borden of Wellsboro, PA and Jim Borden (Juari) of Millerton, PA; her daughter-in-law Diane Borden of Wellsboro, PA; her daughter Evelyn Hepfer of Brogue, PA; and her grandchildren, Neil Borden, Denise Hoyles, Christine Avery, Linda Borden, Jennifer Erway, Russell Borden, Chuck Hepfer, Jr. and Becky Witham. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
