He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. McCoy, Sr. and Sara I. McCoy (Kaltreider). He is survived by: his children, Richard L. McCoy (Jennifer) of Port St, Jill L. Fickes Bowen (Christopher) of Wellsville and Jeanne M. Taylor of Dillsburg; his siblings, Ruth E. Nailor of Dillsburg, Charles E. McCoy of Wellsville and Donald A. McCoy of Valrico, FL; his grandchildren, Jason McCoy, Megan Bauman, Courtney Klinker, Kathryn Lucas, Jonathan Taylor and Mitchell Fickes; and his brothers, Eugene J. McCoy and Carroll R. McCoy. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
