With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy E. Albert of Wellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Stough and Blanche Stough (Walker); and her husband David J. Albert, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Robin L. Strasser of Wellsville, David J. Albert, Jr. (Donna) of Franklintown and Timothy M. Albert (Sallie) of Dillsburg; her sister Kay F. Stough of Wellsville; her grandchildren, Jyvonne Hartnett (Matthew), Justin Albert (Emily), Jylaina Albert (Joseph), Cameron Albert (Mikayla), Tanner Albert and Olivia Albert; her great grandchildren, Reilly Hartnett and Evelyn Albert; and her daughter Nadine M. Albert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Pinchot Park Assembly of God, 2755 Rosstown Road, Wellsville, PA 17365.
