She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Werner and Rita Werner (Colangelo); her husband Lawrence; and her brother Michael Werner. She is survived by: her children, Brandy L. Lockwood (Mark), Misty D. Reynolds (Michael), Joshua J. Leonard (Adriene), Lacey J. Miller and Danielle L. Miller; her grandchildren, Kylie Immel (Don), Kelsey Lockwood, Zackary, Baylee Reynolds, Rachel, Samuel, Bethany, Bradley Leonard, Jason Eyster and Gaige Grossnickle; her great grandchild Kaedence Immel; her siblings, Pasquale Werner, Donald Werner Sr. and Marjorie Kastelic; her mother-in-law Arline Miller (Ralph); and her siblings-in-law, Jeff Miller (Toni), Ralph Miller (Buzzy), Timmy Miller, Michelle Werner (Michael) and Kazuko Werner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
