She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Dean and Izetta Blayney; her husband Seymour B. Caldwell of Franklin, PA; and her children, Paul, Roger and Patty Caldwell.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Filby, Jr. of Steubenville and Judith Murray (David) of Four Oaks, NC. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
