She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Spong Mellgren; and her parents-in-law, Evangelia and Stylianos Fourakis. She is survived by: her spouse Manos Fourakis; her children, Lia and Marie Fourakis; her father Wesley Mellgren; her siblings, Dave Mellgren (Carol) of Vail, AZ, Mary Sorlie (Chuck) of St. Paul, MN and Steve Mellgren of Cave Creek, AZ; and her brother-in-law Marios Fourakis (Jan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
