She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hugh and Minnie Alice Frazier; her husband Leon Nessel; and her son Scott Nessel. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Peed (William), Jeffrey Pusey (Catherine) and Stephen Nessel (James). She is also survived by her six siblings; also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
