He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dolan and Dorothy Dolan; and his siblings, John Dolan, Ann Dolan, Catherine Hoss and Steve Dolan.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dolan; his child B. J. Dolan (Laura); his grandchildren, Erin Dolan and Tripp Dolan; his siblings, Dorothy Schulz (William), Margaret Eisenhuth (late Allen), Nora Henry (Francis), Michael Dolan and Daniel Dolan, Sr. (Ellen); and his sister-in-law Patricia Dolan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
