She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hajek and Emelie Kadansky Hajek. She is survived by: her children, Jim S. Sineath, Sue Ellen Sineath, Debera K. Sineath, Cindy S. Ray and Catherine S. Hayes; and her grandchildren, Kendra Sineath Gray, Karl Sineath, Jamie Knupp, Amelia Kazmarski, Heather Colomb, Kevin Hayes, Austin Hayes and Olivia Hayes. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
