He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Wozny and Katherine Wozny (Luzecki); his wife Catherine M. Wozny (Gallagher); his daughter Lisa Wozny; and his siblings, Stephen Wozny Jr. and Linda Fedena.
He is survived by: his children, Charlene T. Gallagher (Robert) of West Chester and Michael J. Wozny (Bethanne) of West Chester; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher, Kelly, Nora, Liam and Ava.
