She was predeceased by: her parents, Mannus McFadden and Kate McFadden; and her daughter Kathy Smith. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Smith; her children, Mary Kulokoski (Rick), Theresa Callaghan, Jimmy Smith (Carol), Grace Smith and Anthony "Tony" Smith (Carrie); her siblings, Nellie, John, Grace, Jim (Mary) and Tony; her sister-in-law Pat Smith; her grandchildren, Tom, Jennifer, Christine, Lauren, Greg, Shawn, Jillian, Colleen, Lisa, Ricky, Bridget, Tara, Frank, Stephanie, Jimmy, Julia, Catie, Michelle, Courtney, Kelly, Theresa, Maria, Seamus, Kristen, Jacqueline, Meghan, Kyra and Shannon; and her stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Christine, Jon and Ben. She is also survived by many children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
