It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Difrancesco of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Castrataro and Rose Castrataro; and her sister Joan Kelly. She is survived by: her sister Joanie; her daughter Sandra Kilgore (Guy); her grandchildren, Alexandra Kilgore (Aldo) and Nikalina Kilgore; her great grandchildren, Arielle and Dominic; her niece Cheryl Santini (John); and her nephews, David Castrataro and Christopher Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated.
