With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Sagner (West Chester, Pennsylvania), born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. and Ruth V. Buchanan Sagner Sr.. She is survived by: her brother Thomas Jr. (Deborah) of Millsboro, DE; and her nieces, Andrea Green (Matthew) of Millsboro and Kasey Herron (Daniel) of Downingtown. She is also survived by three great-nieces, two and a half great-nephews, two great, great-nieces and four great, great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association.
