He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Varlack, Sr. and Geneva Varlack (Henderson); and his siblings, Carlos Varlack, Cyril Varlack, Jr., Marvin Henderson and Gloria Varlack.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Cecil Antonio Varlack, Jr. of Philadelphia, Daynin Steward (Stephanie) of Folsom, PA, Angeline Errington (Warren) of Trooper, Lawrence Williamson (Pamela) of Columbus, OH and David Jackson; his sister Jeanne Williams of Baltimore, MD; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Varlack of Marlton, NJ and Mary Henderson of Montrose, VA; and his grandchildren, Aleah, Danae, Jaylen, Brianna, Christian, Larry, Ashley, Joey, Nidiar and Chas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends; particularly his prayer partner.
