He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Davies and Lucia Davies (Noll); and his brother Robert W. Davies. He is survived by: his wife Susan Brandon; his children, Susan D. Lloyd, Ellen D. Miller (Brian), Laura J. Worker (Keith) and Charles E. Davies, III (Denise); and his brother John R. Davies (Leanne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three nieces, and one nephew.
