It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Loughin Sr. (West Chester, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, G. Howard Loughin and Ola Good; his brother George; his wife Peggy (Murphy); his children, Elizabeth Zehner, Sandy Weiss (Dave), Chuck Loughin and Jim Loughin (Laura Billemeyer); his grandchildren, Courtney Biggers, Brandon Zehner (Morgan), Matthew Zehner and Keira Weiss; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Kendall Biggers.
