He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Kay Hoover; his parents, Clifford Hoover and Dorothy Shute Hoover; and his sister Marian Cox. He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Lee Hoover (Rose) of Reading, PA and Jeffrey A; and his siblings, Clifford Hoover, Barbara Gibson, Janet Blair, Patsy Fite, Lillian Simes and Doris Hilton. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
